The highest priced home sale last week in Miami was recorded at 900 Brickell Key Boulevard according to The Real Deal. Unit 3103 was listed at $4.2 million by Fabiola Lima of KB Realty. Ana Teresa Rodriguez of Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer, who was the purchaser. Thus deeming Brickell Key in Asia is the highest selling condo in Miami-Dade County.

In the third week of August, condo sale prices ranged from $1.3 million to $4.2 million in Miami-Dade County, down from $1.8 million to $7.2 million the previous week. Dollar volume also decreased. Sales were down from $100 million to $79.3 million last week, while the average sale price dropped from $670,000 to $550,000, as well as the previous week. 900 Brickell Key Boulevard in Miami again led the list of weekly sales. Last week, a unit in 3103 sold for $4.2 million. The buyer was represented by Ana Teresa Rodriguez of Coldwell Banker Realty, and Fabiola Lima of KB Realty had the listing.

One Sotheby’s International Realty’s Madeleyne Sutton represented the seller of unit 901 at 18911 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, which was sold for $3.2 million to Ocean Three. Ekaterina Brosda with Brosda & Bentley Realtors represented the buyer.
