Newest Development Located In North Miami Beach hits town! After purchasing a mixed-use development site in Aventura, BH Group is aiming to construct a 30-story apartment tower in North Miami Beach. BH Group just purchased a 2-acre site at 2261 Northeast 164th Street in North Miami Beach for $11 million that will house 400 apartments, according to The Real Deal. The company partnered last month with Jorge Pérez and Jon Paul Pérez’s Related Group to purchase a property located near Aventura. According to corporate and property records, Mulco Watches, a watch company based in northern Aventura, owns the company. The 35,000-square-foot warehouse will be demolished soon, and a new structure will be erected. BH has purchased a variety of properties in recent years, including the Aventura purchase where it partnered with Jorge Pérez and Jon Paul Pérez’s Related Group to purchase a warehouse for $51 million last month. The parcel is four-and-a-half acres and will be redeveloped with office, luxury residential, and retail amenities, in addition to restaurants.
